If you look at the scene you’ll find all the items except one.

The knife was stabbed into Leonard’s chest.

The fork is stabbed into the chicken on the table.

And the wallet is strewed open on the floor, lying amongst notes and coins.

Leaving just the napkin to solve.

If it can’t be found on the table then perhaps it was used to protect items of clothing when dining? In fact, the peculiar blood mark on Leonard’s jacket shows that it might well have been tucked into his collar.
