Case #2 - Chapter 6
Knock Knock
The day is spent and you arrive at the destination marked on your map.
You turn it over and there’s a note left on the back. It’s from Linda.
Placing yourself underneath a flickering light, you read, “Rob isn’t at his family home. But see if he’s locked himself up in this apartment.”
The note carries on.
“I can’t quite remember the details, but the door shares the same colour as another. There’s definitely another door above it. And the door doesn’t share the same shape as its neighbour.”
Which of the four doors is the note describing?
Hints
Highlight the text below to see the hint.
Hint #1 → If it shares the same colour then it’s either the 1st and 3rd or 2nd or 4th. But that hasn’t really narrowed it down by much has it… Let’s move on.
Hint #2 → If there is definitely a door above it, then it can’t be Door 1. There is no other doors above Door 1.
Hint #3 → The last clue says it is not the same shape as its neighbour. Door 1 is not an option, Door 2 is the same shape as its Door 3 neighbour and Door 3 is the same shape as its Door 2 neighbour. Note though, neighbour is singular. This door only has one neighbour.
