Part cabaret, part social club, Civil Disobedience presents Mattachine, Scotland’s newest evening out for lavender gentlemen, lilac ladies and those who love them.
Bringing together guest performances, vintage tunes and great banter, Mattachine celebrates the best of queer culture in all her glorious guises.
Nearly 80 years ago the men of the Mattachine Society along with the women of their companion group, the Daughters of Bilitis formed a collective voice on what it meant to be gay.
Mattachine aims to celebrate their legacy, one drink at a time…
