Join Fierce Beer and Aberdeen Performing Arts in a unique pairing event where the beer you’re served perfectly compliments the course on your plate. One of Europe’s only 2 Master Cicerones will lead us on a journey to understanding why certain food goes well with certain beers, in the beautiful setting of His Majesty’s Theatre.

What’s included:

• 4 courses specifically designed by the Terrace chefs 
• 5 one-third pints of carefully selected Fierce Beers paired perfectly with each course 
• A donation to support the HMT 120 fundraising campaign

Welcome Drink – Showstopper Lager 4.2% 

Amuse-Bouche – Fierce 5% IPA
Steak crostini, Boursin & blue cheese, garlic butter sauce, served on a crisp toasted baguette (gfa)

Starter – Pillow Fight – 8% Double IPA
Curried chicken and mango salad, served in baby gem lettuce cups with a mild curried mayonnaise, fresh mango, and toasted flaked almonds (gf)

Main Course – Cerveza 4% Mexican Lager
Baked halibut, pea and mint purée, potato fondant, lemon and caper butter sauce, with beer-battered scraps (gf)

Dessert – Cherry Cola Cooler 4.5%
Poached peach, filled with lemon sorbet, served with a cinnamon biscuit crumb (gf)

Just a one to note the Pillow fight is not Gluten Free so please let us know when booking if you are gluten intolerant.
